Mindfulness Coaching NYC
Too often, we get swept up in the hurt of past wounds or worries about the future. While these are natural human experiences, they can take away from our ability to be grounded in the present moment.
That's where I come in. I'm Francesca Maximé, owner and founder of Maximé Clarity, a somatic coaching practice based in Brooklyn. I've trained under prestigious thought leaders in the mindfulness meditation movement, including Tara Brach, Ph.D. and Jack Kornfield, Ph.D. I'm passionate about helping marginalized millennials, creatives, and high-achievers find healing and connection.
As a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, I've helped dozens of people learn how to practice mindfulness in a fulfilling, sustainable way (and reaped the benefits in my own life). I'd love to help you do the same.
I wear many hats in my work; in addition to my role as a mindfulness coach, I also coach couples and adult families, provide therapy as a licensed clinical social worker, write, and host a podcast. Through all of my work, I aim to help people find well-being: whatever that looks like for them.
Though I'm based in NYC, virtual coaching allows me to support people across the country and the world. If you're curious about what working together could look like, I encourage you to reach out.
I also recognize that my practice might not be the best fit for everyone. I want you to find the support you're looking for, which is why I've compiled this resource list. Here, I offer my recommendations for other highly-rated mindfulness life coaches in NYC so you can find the right fit for your needs.
