IFS Therapist NYC
As the owner and founder of Maximé Clarity, a somatic well-being coaching practice based in Brooklyn, I've seen firsthand how transformative internal family systems (IFS) therapy can be.
Hi, I'm Francesca Maximé, a licensed therapist, somatic coach, meditation teacher, and author. I'm passionate about helping creatives, marginalized millennials, and high-achieving individuals become fully embodied.
The internal family systems model is one of my favorite tools to facilitate this work. I've completed Level 1 and Level 2 IFS therapy training and used this technique with dozens of therapy and coaching clients alike. By tuning into the various parts that drive our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, you can better understand your internal world and cultivate profound acceptance and growth.
My coaching practice is open to individuals, couples, and adult families across the world. While traditional talk therapy limits us to a particular state, coaching allows for greater flexibility and creativity. Plus, we get to leave the limiting medical model of psychotherapy behind and instead embrace all of you exactly as you are.

At the same time, I recognize that coaching may not be the best fit for each person. That's why I've curated this list. If you're specifically looking for IFS therapy, I recommend working with one of the clinicians here.
